I'll be the first to admit that I love consuming fitness influencer content. However, it's important to be critical of the things we love, especially when they often subconsciously (and even outwardly) perpetuate toxic body and health trends. This podcast will be an examination of the content and impact of female influencers across different social media platforms. Using reliable research as well and pulling from my own and other's experiences with body image and social media, this podcast will provide thought-provoking conversations and personal testimonies about having a body in 2024.
