As her chronic cough turned from annoying to concerning, Haley pursued medical treatment from multiple doctors. It wasn't until her lung completely collapsed that her cancerous tumor was seen on scans. The treatment plan was nearly guaranteed to end Haley's chances at playing professionally, but she is a fighter.
