Beneath the thin veil of normalcy we hide behind, an ancient horror stirs. A being of incomprehensible malevolence stands poised to tear open our world and feast upon the juices within. All that stands in its way is the Committee for the Regulation and Eradication of Demonic Entities, an agency of hardened Eldritch slayers dedicated to keeping the world safe from the outer darkness. Or at least, that would be the case if a bunch of bloodthirsty cultists hadn’t killed most of them off in a botched attempt to summon a cosmic abomination.

With his former boss dead, Simon Blake is free to squander his preternatural command of the mystic arts ripping off relic dealers and exploiting the forces of evil for his own amusement. The only thing that can stop him is Sophia Weil, former C.R.E.D.E. accountant who finds herself in command of the once mighty agency. Now Simon and Sophia must put aside their differences and work together to stop the acolytes of a forgotten god from birthing an unfathomable nightmare. It’s a race against time to try and recall all the details of a Misremembered C.R.E.D.E.
