    <description><![CDATA[<p>Mental health isn’t just ways we cope with stress yes that's part of it but mental health is really about taking care of ourselves by exercising, reading or doing something social are some examples how we deal with stress is a big thing in mental health but so is eating healthy, being in healthy non toxic situations, have people you trust around talk to someone when you know something's wrong it’s okay to ask for help or not be okay we're human we're allowed to feel sad, angry, or annoyed but we have to know how to react and maybe write a list of signs your feeling a certain way to avoid a bad situation and remember it’s ok to speak up if you are feeling a certain way and you think you need space you can let people know so they don’t upset you.</p><p>Personal growth is similar to mental health we try to manage everything personal growth is going to school or work and putting in an effort to  succeed, not giving up when things get hard, exploring new things, making sure your around the right people, studying, doing what you need to, making sure work or homework or just important things are done completely before having a fun day, personal growth also surrounds making sure you eat healthy and maintain an exercise routine, create goals for small things like drinking a certain amount of water or limiting screen time</p>]]></description>
