We're talking a bit of wrestling with our friend Rick Chezenko this week who made his pro debut after winning WrestleCentre Boot Camp but more importantly after getting himself clean and sober. Rick holds nothing back in telling his story, holds nothing back but most importantly we're just glad our friend is still with us.

We talk our usual sports, where we've been and where we're too come on for the ride with us.

Joining us this week Robert Chalmers who has been one of our leading voices for scouting prospects in the New England region for eliteprospects.

We get into all things USA hockey, the athletes to watch this year in the Q, the ones to be ready for next year, expectations for Carter Meyer and just exactly how does the minor hockey system work in the United States.

We embark on a new venture just before the start of what should be a fantastic season of Quebec Maritime Junior Hockey League action so Mavs and McNeil pull up a seat in the Centre 200 penalty box to talk about it.

We also want to say thanks to the u13AAA Islanders for letting us hang in the penalty box as they started their intersquad game,
