Since his mental health breakdown in 2021, Will Tarbard (Tarbs) have made it my personal mission to battle the stigma of men's mental health. Having successfully run a FREE men's mental health and wellbeing group in Wimborne (re.Defined) every Wednesday morning form 6-7am, Will wants to have an impact on a bigger scale, by both reflecting on his own experiences as well as learning from others. Recently he is creating a Men's Wellbeing Hub on Facebook, which alongside this podcast is aimed to help support and signpost people, as well as provide community based support.
