The Listening to One Another podcast series is created by the Listening to One Another to Grow Strong program (LTOA).

LTOA is a strength-based, community-driven and culturally adapted program for Indigenous families and youth. The program is a collaboration between First Nations Communities across Canada and research teams based out of McGill University.

The Listening to One Another podcast series aims to inspire and grow the LTOA program’s community of practice and integrate the perspectives and experiences of LTOA community partners.

Join us as we explore various aspects of mental health program implementation with First Nations communities across Canada. Our website: https://www.mcgill.ca/mhp/ ; Instagram: @ltoaprogram
