***This podcast is a discussion about how to cultivate our light body. Our light body is when we are functioning at our highest capacity and is aligned with feelings of joy, security, hope, faith, abundance, love, bliss, and lightness. It is named the "light body" because we are literally beaming the highest amounts of light from our bodies. This light is being radiated from our soul and is shining through the energetic centers of our body, what Hinduism and Buddhism calls Chakras. Our light body can be cultivated by activating your body's energetic centers through cleansing, purifying and transfusion. Our light body can also be activated through conscious peaceful embodiment (meaning we consistently embody a state of openness or peace).

This episode covers how highly processed foods harm your body and limit your body's ability to function at it's highest energetic levels. Dense foods that are highly processed, fried foods and sugars are not a reliable energy source for our body to use. These foods actually cause us a depletion of energy and harms our body, especially when consumed in high quantities. Each cell works hard to break down our food and use it's nutrients, so eat clean and whole foods for easier digestion, more energy levels, an improved mood, better skin, and overall wellness!
