This podcast is a safe space for women who are rebuilding themselves while still showing up for everyone else.

Here, I share my real journey — through motherhood, business ownership, relationships, healing, disappointment, growth, and the quiet moments in between where real change happens. Not the polished version. The honest one.

Some episodes will feel like we’re sitting across from each other having a raw conversation. Others will offer practical encouragement and lessons I’m learning as I navigate becoming a stronger, softer, more self-aware woman.

This is about evolving in real time. About choosing growth when it would be easier to stay the same. About rebuilding your life without losing yourself in the process.

If you’re becoming — even when it feels messy — you belong here.

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

What do you do when life feels like it's moving in every direction at once?

Sometimes the chaos isn't something we can fix, control, or neatly organize. Sometimes all we can do is find something steady enough to hold onto while we're walking through it.

In this episode of Life in Layers, I'm talking about what it means to stay anchored during seasons that stretch you.

I share some of the moments that have taught me about grace, surrender, motherhood, caregiving, faith, and trusting God when I don't have all the answers.

Because sometimes we're so focused on surviving the chaos that we don't realize we're being strengthened in the middle of it.

Some seasons don't break you. They stretch you.

And stretching can be uncomfortable. It can be exhausting. It can make you question how much more you can possibly carry.

But sometimes the stretching is also where we discover that we're not as fragile as we thought we were.

This conversation is about finding your anchor when life feels uncertain, giving yourself grace when you don't have it all together, and learning that you don't have to understand every part of the journey to keep moving through it.

Reflection:

What is keeping you anchored in a season that feels chaotic?

If this episode resonates with you, share it with someone who may need the reminder that they don't have to have everything figured out to keep going.

And if you're enjoying Life in Layers, follow the podcast and leave a review. It helps these conversations reach the people who need them.

Keep healing out loud. Keep growing intentionally. And remember… healing doesn't happen all at once. It happens… layer by layer. 🤎

I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

What happens when the relationships you thought were meant to last become the relationships that teach you the most?

In this first episode of Life in Layers, I’m talking about the relationships that taught me some of my hardest lessons about boundaries, self-worth, and choosing peace.

I share what I’ve learned about:

• Recognizing patterns of self-abandonment

• Overextending yourself to keep relationships together

• The guilt that can come with needing space

• Learning the difference between familiarity and love

• Setting boundaries without abandoning yourself

• Choosing peace, even when peace feels unfamiliar

This conversation is personal because these are lessons I’m still carrying with me. But sometimes the things that hurt us also show us where we need to grow.

Reflection

What boundary have you been afraid to set because you’re afraid of what might happen if you do?

Give yourself permission to sit with that question.

If this episode encouraged you, share it with someone who may need the reminder that they aren't walking this journey alone. And if you're enjoying Life in Layers, I'd love for you to follow the podcast and leave a review. It helps these conversations reach the people who need them most.

Keep healing out loud.
