Understanding that life will flow and move, phases will come and go and we get to remain, surrendered and open for that flow to move through us and guide us along our paths. Life and Its Many Faces is a podcast that explores the nature of being a human in this world. We will journey down the path of integration, weave our way through the valleys and the peaks as we learn how to integrate our human and connect to the essence that lie dormant beneath - the soul. We will learn the importance of connecting to our pain, of embracing and allowing emotions to move through us and how we can best equip ourselves to meet fear will curiosity and grace.

All of the pretty things in life are not it, all of the happiness, oneness with all life and bliss among the clouds are not it. This realisation struck me. It is the middle way, the understanding that the path is all of it, and that no sweetness will rid the world of pain, and the darkness that lurks within the shadows will never destroy the light.

I honestly cannot be bothered typing out more hefty descriptions and I shared a lot more than this, so I guess that leaves it in your hands to find out more!

This is an archetype or stage of the journey where we need to seek wisdom from external sources in order to begin the work with the self, the exploration of ones psyche. I go into depth about some of the traps I have fall into during this stage and highlight some key aspects of how to actually integrate this part of the ego, so we can go to the depths and begin working with soul. I speak about the transition from seeking the wisdom outside of the self, to becoming a student of life and a steward of our path. For me, this transition is one of the deepest initiations I have met along my path, as it has lead to the development of a pillar within myself, a connection to my soul and to the greater self (life).
