In this episode, I talk about setting your goals, but not letting their achievement stop you. There is so much more to life than you can imagine. Limitless possibilities. It is normal to feel sometimes stuck, but do not allow this feeling of stagnation to keep you hostage forever. Instead, use it, so manoeuvre your way out of your current situation.

Ask yourself: am I leading the life that my 9 years old self would like me to lead? No? Then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

How much 'enough', is enough? How much is enough pain, frustration, drama etc for you to finally take the step and take the risk?

You are the mountain that you have to climb. Do not make life any harder by sabotaging yourself, because then you become your worst enemy. Why do you do that?
