You won't get permission, so stop asking!
Instead be more like a flower, it doesn't need permission, it doesn't have to be super busy all the time, it doesn't need justification, clarification, or credibility it just is! It grows, it blooms, its beautiful, it just is!
Happiness and Positivity are a mindset, when  planted, watered and nurtured,  they grow, when weeded and pruned, they flourish, enabling you to bloom in life. To thrive rather than survive. 
Don't be like the salmon thrashing about upstream, relax, let go and go with the flow. 
It is not all about 6 figure incomes, sweating and stressing through life, proving you're a superwoman because look you can juggle baby, take the kids to numerous weekly activities (that they probably don't even want to do, by the way) be busy and super efficient at work, cook like Delia Smith and bake like Mary Berry and still have energy to be a loving wife, FFS*! its about enjoying the here and now. Its about aligning and finding the peace within, to be able to find your authentic voice and use it to get what you want. Its learning to say "NO! I'm not going to do that, because it is not in line with my happiness"  Your happiness, your joy, your  inner peace  are too important to keep at the back door, too important to brush aside and hope you'll find time for them later. 
Explore who you are, learn about you and how your mind works and learn how to embrace the wonderfulness of you, so you can get purposeful on getting more positive. ]]></description>

We have planting it, growing it, watering it, sustaining it, weeding it, pruning it and Blooming Positivity.</p><p>Today we are planting positivity</p><p>Is it any wonder I have a gardening theme with a name like Eden?</p><p>The reason I am doing these is that all the information. The techniques I will share with you I have done personally and now I have the life of my dreams and so I feel it is something worth sharing with you. I simply want to help as many of you as possible connect to your power. <strong>I want to show you that inside of you is everything you need to have a purposeful and passionate life.</strong></p><p>By tuning into our inner guidance and doing more of what we love, we make positive connections with our sub conscious and this can give us clear guidance for our next steps.  I want you to learn to see that you have everything you need inside, right now to create the life of your dreams.</p><p>I am thrilled to share this information with you and I cannot wait to see how it affects your lives too.</p><p><strong>Ok so, What is positivity?</strong></p><p>Positivity is a state of mind, an emotion joy, hope, gratitude, interest, serenity, pride, amusement, Bliss, love, inspiration, and awe being the most common ones.</p><p>Living a positive life is not necessarily one that is devoid of any negativity, <strong>this means where nothing bad ever happens again, or where there are no more bad people, situations, events or things.</strong>  We cannot avoid negativity in various forms whether it be situations or people, what matters though is the ratio, the balance of positive over negative thoughts and feelings. These workshops are designed to give you some skills, strategies and tips on how to bring more positivity into your life.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Why does it matter?</strong></p><p>It matters because it has a direct corresponding effect on our health, on our physical well-being. There has been lots of experiments done recently Through the 1990′s, Dr. Masaru Emoto performed a series of experiments observing the physical effect of words, prayers, music and environment on the crystalline structure of water. <strong>How the water freezes and forms the snowflake like structures</strong>. Emoto hired photographers to take pictures of water after being exposed to the</p><p>different variables, He had water in one room where everything was positive, calming, loving and harmonizing and the water in the other room was subjected to negativity and discordant music, <strong>loud, unturned, heavy metal…dare I say Dubstep here??</strong>  The water was then subsequently frozen, so that they would form crystalline structures. The results were nothing short of remarkable.</p><p>Water that was subjected to nothing but negativity, when frozen, could not form proper crystals, they were, broken, disjointed, mall formed, but the frozen crystals in the water subjected to positive words were beautiful, complete. The positive energy changed the molecular structure, as did the negative energy.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Negativity has its own frequency and positivity a very different one. You already know this because when you spend time with positive  people, you feel lighter, uplifted and if you spend time with negative people you feel down, heavy. This is the result of the frequency. I am no scientist, so I will put it in non-technical language:</p><p>The brain remembers negative events and emotions much easier than positive ones, our brains are developed to think more negatively, and it is easier to be negative than positive, it takes more energy to be positive.</p><p>There are 24 hours in a day but have you noticed that a 5 minute altercation with a friend, colleague can take over more of your thinking time?</p><p>We are all going to have to start monitoring more what it is we are thinking and actively choosing to think differently.</p><p><strong>What can it do?</strong></p><p>Being more positive will help change your whole outlook on life, you will look different to others too, you will be more radiant, youthful, confident and vibrant as an individual. Being positive will bring more positive people and situations, to you faster. People will notice you looking happier and glowing and they will begin to ask you what you are doing that is different. But also be prepared for those around you that see the change, because they too have amygdales being activated and they will be frightened and will try to get you to switch back! Because they do not want to have to change themselves, you see if you change, and if by changing your thinking you make yourself successful, then that is what they have to do too. Many people do not want to change; they are frightened of change. Many people are actually attached to feeling miserable! They are comfortable moaning and are attached to the sympathy the ‘woe is me’ story commands. </p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Welcome back, The amygdala.</p><p>The brain has a front part and a back part and somewhere in the middle is the <strong>amygdale</strong>. So what is the amygdale? </p><p>In the front part of our brain, we have our visions our dreams, in order for these visions to come true, they have to pass over the amygdale, without causing any fear/tension. Imagine it if you will like the <strong>three Billy goats gruff</strong> having to cross the bridge to get to the other side without waking up the troll. Alternatively, imagine it like a furry animal. If it is calm, it is cute and cuddly, but if afraid, it is like an angry monster that rages and will not let any thought pass.</p><p>The amygdale’s function is to detect fear and pain and avoid it at all costs; the amygdale will do everything in its power to keep you out of harm’s way. Whatever it perceives as harm or fear, it will get you to move away from in order to protect yourself. The amygdale works with the subconscious mind, and is very strong. </p>]]></description>

      <title><![CDATA[Planting Positivity No 4 -Day dream believer]]></title>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>So, who am I? What do I know about Positivity?</p><p>My name is Jenni Eden; I went to live overseas in 2003 and have had a most amazing time since then.</p><p>When I went to Oman, I was a fully qualified Primary school teacher and a mum to a 2 year old. I had dreamed in my youth of being a classical ballerina, or a rock star, or an artist. I had wanted to be all three but conditionings at school, <strong>the teachers and other adults</strong> around me, made me believe that was impossible!</p><p>So, at the time I decided to concentrate on Art. I was fortunate enough to further my studies in Art and I have a combined honour's degree in fine art and drama, but there was a general feeling that unless you were incredibly talented and gifted (and no one was saying I was). That it would be impossible to make a decent living from Art. Unfortunately, when I was younger I brought into the older people’s belief of lack, <strong>the grown ups who said you had to get a ‘proper job’ </strong>and limitations and in 1991; I hung up my aspirations, <strong>I put my dreams aside, on hold</strong> and pursued a ‘proper job’ in retail management before then re-qualifying as a teacher in 1994.</p><p>When I went to Oman, in January 2003, I was apprehensive and excited. Someone asked me just before I left the UK would I take up painting again and I started to mull over the idea. So in June 2003 I painted my first ever portrait, and the first painting on canvas for 14 years. I had decided that if I was going to paint then I was going to paint how I wanted to paint, I was going to use it as an excuse to combine my favourite colours or as an exercise in mixing colours. My portrait of my then 2 and a half-year-old was done</p><p>by working solidly for 4 hours. I was on fire, I was so energized, inspired, I did not stop once.</p><p>I felt energized, empowered, excited and alive, wow I could not remember the last time I had had that much fun. Something awakened in me. It was incredible. I felt this huge energy rush and I remember saying to my husband if by the end of the year, 6 months later, someone has commissioned me to paint a portrait for them. <strong>Commissioned means that I am paid to paint a picture especially for a certain person</strong>- I’ll be so happy. Well by the end of the year, I had a 16-month waiting list! I did not advertise but by word of mouth, <strong>everybody talking about it, they say going viral now!</strong> news of my portraits spread.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Grateful, great and full</p><p>The main things I gained from painting thou were that I finally felt whole, and authentic. I felt as if a very old part of me, that had broken away years ago came back. I felt complete. I was so very grateful, and every day when I painted, I would say out my thanks out loud. I was grateful for the time, the light, the sales and commissions.</p><p> </p><p>What I learned was that by being grateful I was actually saying to the Universe thank you, you got this right and I’ll have more of it please, so the more grateful I was the more things came to me that made me even more grateful. This was one of the first realizations I had,  that <strong>what you put out, you get back.</strong></p><p>The other thing I learned from painting was that I was channelling the universal energy; <strong>I was very energetic and my energy seemed to have</strong></p><p><strong>no end somehow</strong>, I was tapping into this amazing energy and it was guiding me, inspiring me and teaching me more things about colour. </p><p>When I had my first exhibition, someone told me I could see auras, I denied that I could because I had no real idea what they were or how someone saw them, but he was adamant I could see them. I do instinctively get colours, that spring to my mind when I talk to people. Now over the years I have seen that these colours always are very important to the person. They are favourite colours often or they relate to the particular chakra centre of the body. I talk about this in my book so I do not want to talk too much here, <strong>but ancient Asian medicine believes there are key parts of the body for energy and these are known as chakras</strong>.  What I was learning through my painting was about certain skills and abilities I had. Through the journey of painting I was learning that I could channel, and have since experienced more things through this channelling including healing. </p><p> </p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Welcome back to Watering Positivity</strong>.</p><p>Just like a seed when you plant it into the soil, needs water, light, food to grow, so to do our thoughts. Last week, we planted the thought, this week we will give the thinking what it needs to begin changing us.</p><p>In this workshop, I am going to talk to you about neurons and explain how we grow more of them.</p><p>In our brain, we have millions of neurons that seek similar neurons. The majority of the neurons in our brain are negative, but what scientists have discovered and in particular, Mark Waldman is that these neurons are living things, not wires like in a computer, but living things with tentacles that seek out other neurons of a similar nature. We can encourage these neurons to seek out neurons that are more positive by having thoughts that are more positive. The more we remember positive things, the more we think positive thoughts the more positive neurons we will ‘grow’ in our brains and if we do it frequently enough, then the more the positive neurons will push aside the negative ones. The neurons are searching out other similar neurons to create positive connections with them. The more you have positive thoughts the more connectors you grow which will then go out and seek other positive neurons.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>We must learn to love ourselves. We are the only ones that will spend our entire lives with ourselves. Others come and go siblings, parents, friendships, relationships, partners, children, not everyone is with you permanently so it is a good idea to get to know yourself well, learn to love yourself.</p><p>We spent so much of our time criticizing ourselves. We are our own worst critiques and we judge ourselves far too harshly.</p><p>If so many of us think we are not good enough, then we have to ask, good enough for what? For whom? Whose standards are we using?</p><p>Guess what life is supposed to be joyful!</p><p>We are energy, we are energy beings in a physical form, and the whole of our universe is energy. The universe is rich, abundant, and joyful.</p><p>Why should it be any different for us? Look at a beach there is not just one grain of sand but thousands, a tree does not have one leaf but hundreds, all around us there is evidence of abundance and abundance is operating on an energy frequency.</p><p>If we want success in all the things, we wish to manifest-<strong>make it happen/make it real,</strong> then we need to operate on the same abundant, positive frequency. We need to raise our energy levels to positive. The universe is a very vibrant and full place. Every single one of us is important to the energy flow in the universe; we all are in the perfect place at the perfect time given our thoughts/ desires and beliefs. If we wish to be in a different place, we need to think and feel differently about our situations, our goals, and ourselves. You are already enough, your worthy, the energy of the universe hears and sees you.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>It is important to find out what you love, what you believe in, what you feel passionately about, because these are your stepping stones to a completely brighter, happier version of yourself. Find out what brings you joy and then do as much of it as you possibly can. So many times people say to me, “You are so lucky, you know your passion”. But I believe we all have <strong>a talent within us</strong> from the universe and this talent is the thing that when we tap into, we can use to create our life and in doing so, our life will have purpose and passion. Think back to what you have enjoyed doing in the past, the things you enjoyed at say 4,5,7 years of age.</p><p>What could you do over and over again, without getting bored?</p><p>Not everyone will be creative, like an artist, musician, writer, I have a friend who is fascinated and thrilled to organise household finances. She can take a pile of bills and happily place them in a folder, and write a list of what is needed to be paid for and when. Her household bills are in tiptop shape, but I have another friend, who can never be organized about money, had several credit cards on the go, at the same time and never knew what bill needed to be paid for or when. Of course they got together with my encouragement and the one greatly helped the other. It shows that whatever it is you can do and do with a passion, can have a place and purpose for someone.</p><p>If you want to see changes, then you have to start doing things differently. If you keep doing what you always did you will always get the results you got before, if you want to make a difference, if you want a different result then you have to change something.</p>]]></description>

We give it away by blaming any one and anything for our hard luck, our failures, <strong>our mistakes, what we do wrong </strong>and our setbacks. The truth is and this is a hard truth, and a very bitter pill to swallow, but the truth is until <strong>YOU </strong>start taking the responsibility for the events that happen, for the good things and the bad things, until you start taking ownership, you cannot change it. You will constantly be reacting to situations and events, Instead of creating new things. We can choose to dance to someone else’s tune, or we can begin to dance to our own.</p><p>We can keep ignoring our passion and dreams and we can deny that we created anything around us if we want to, but what have you got to lose by adopting a different mindset? Try it for just these 7 weeks and see where you are at the end of it, I feel so certain that when you take responsibility for what you are thinking and feeling you will notice some amazing things that begin to help change you and move you closer to your goals.</p><p>Please write this down it is a quote from Louise Hay who is an incredible woman, she has written countless books and is a leader in the affirmations and positive thinking circle.</p><p>My thoughts are very powerful; they create the reality around me.</p><p>You can change it overnight; you can change it by accepting you are responsible! Then you can decide if you want it all to continue or just the good things to continue and by changing your thoughts you allow yourself to steer a very different course. You will not reach the destination overnight, it will not be an instant success but your ship will be turning and you will begin to move away from the turbulent waters and out to a much more abundant and calmer sea.</p><p>I say this to the children in Drama, if you do not like what is coming back to you, and then change what you are putting out. It is like if you do not like classical, operatic music, why constantly have your radio tuned to classic FM? Change the tuning, shift the thinking and you will see very quickly subtle changes. These subtle changes will be in your awareness because you are being more aware in general about what is now happening to you. You will experience serendipities, <strong>- these are like coincidences</strong>, <strong>when things happen just as you have thought of something similar, ‘The Power of Suggestion’</strong>, that will bring a smile to your face because you will know it is not coincidence, you will know it is because of a thought you put out. When you begin to see the magic that your thoughts can bring to you, it will inspire you and motivate you to try more things and to go for even bigger, better goals.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>We need to raise our energy levels to positive. The universe is a very vibrant and full place. Every single one of us is important to the energy flow in the universe; we all are in the perfect place at the perfect time given our thoughts/ desires and beliefs. If we wish to be in a different place, we need to think and feel differently about our situations, our goals, and ourselves. You are already enough, your worthy, the energy of the universe hears and sees you.</p><p>I remember back in the late 1990’s reading Louise Hay- <strong>she is a great motivational speaker, author, life coach and healer- say</strong>, if you were your best friend, what kind of friend are you? Do you love yourself, are you caring, supportive, nurturing, protective? Or, are you analytical, critical? Negative? And Judgmental? Do you get the idea? You get out what you put in, so if you put in limit/lack/negativity guess what, that is what you get back!</p><p>Would you choose to spend time with yourself?</p><p>If you think “I am not good enough” then this is the message passed around the brain. <strong>Your implicit brain will consciously and unconsciously dismiss any suggestions or actions that will help you make yourself feel more worthy, as a result, because it backs up the belief that you are not good enough, to change this you have to change the belief.</strong></p><p>You above all others should love yourself because you are a marvel, you are amazing, aren’t you, and you are worthy.       <description><![CDATA[<p>You cannot blame people for not knowing any better; one way to let them off the hook is to say they were only doing the best they could.</p><p>There is a lot of resistance towards forgiveness, do you know why that is?</p><p>I believe it is because the Amygdala senses that forgiveness changes you, it knows it sets you free but this is a huge shift, a huge change and the Amygdala hates this change so it tries to remind you constantly of all the reasons why you cannot forgive, why you cannot change.</p><p>Forgiveness is not about letting someone else off the hook though, it is about setting you free, setting you free so you can be the very best you can be.</p><p>You have the ability to reorganize your thoughts; you can reprogram your brain because it is made up of neuro-plasticity, -<strong>mouldable, changeable</strong> <strong>connections </strong>and can be easily remoulded and realigned. You can do this by remembering positive thoughts, positive feelings, and positive memories. The brain has growing living connectors seeking like for like, remember, so actively program yourself with positive thoughts.</p>]]></description>

We can keep doing this if we choose too, but it will keep us trapped and limited.</p><p></p><p>When we take responsibility and decide to change the thinking, then we can start to make changes in our lives. It is incredible and very powerful. <strong>If you do not take responsibility then you are always a victim and not able to change</strong>.</p><p>The fact your here shows you are willing to change! The great news is that your future reality starts right now! What you have thought up to this point is done and dusted. They’ll be a small period of time where those previous thoughts will still be manifesting whatever chaos and doom and gloom you had brought into, <strong>they will still be making the wrong things happen</strong>, but that doesn’t matter because from this very moment on you can create a better reality that will take over.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>If you are not getting the results, it is because you are blocking it. The Implicit and explicit parts of the brain have to be unified, <strong>working together</strong>, <strong>the front vision part of the brain and the back transmitter</strong>. Your explicit memory is your conscious desired goals- <strong>those things that you want to have, that you want to make happen.</strong> Your implicit memory is old habitual behaviours that automatically drive your actions, <strong>the things you do repeatedly, the way you behave because of some conditioning.</strong> So you can hopefully, see now, why these two have to be in alignment, <strong>why they have to want the same things, why they have to work together</strong>. If the explicit and implicit parts of the brain are not unified then the Amygdala will block it. The images from the explicit part of the brain go to the thalamus, <strong>which is the relay station</strong> and the Thalamus sends the image to the back of the brain, <strong>your implicit section</strong>, crossing over the Amygdala. You can have a thought about being very rich financially and visualize yourself with lots of money, but if you have a subconscious belief that money is greed, greed is bad, money is bad then you are not in alignment. If you believe on a conscious level that you have to work hard for your money then guess what, you will have to work hard. If you believe subconsciously-<strong> (the subconscious is your thoughts and dreams that you are not aware of when you are awake)</strong> that you need extra weight to protect yourself, or consciously-(<strong>these are the thoughts you have when awake)</strong> that you want to be thin, then again these two thoughts are not in alignment. If they are not in alignment you will not have the success you dream for yourself, because the Amygdala will flag it up as a conflict, a fearful situation and so block it.</p><p>The other thing is when you think about your success and when you do get the explicit and implicit parts working in unison, then you will be given inspired thoughts and those inspired thoughts require inspired action <strong>when you get an idea that makes you get up and do something</strong>. If you do not take the action necessary then you are blocking the flow of energy, which means the universal energy is unable to bring it to you.</p><p>Two things happen when you follow this inspired thought. 1. You are sending a very clear message that you are tuned into inspired thought and this is the way the energy of the universe likes to communicate to us. So, it will send far more messages our way, that will help guide us and 2. When you follow up with an action you will receive a message, to let you know you are on the right path. It might be the lyrics on the radio or an interview will suddenly leap out to you and have resonance, <strong>you know when it feels right</strong> with you and this is a message to listen to, or it might be by going a slightly different way you avoid a nasty accident. There have been many documented cases of people suddenly choosing to do something out of the norm and later hearing that the train they normally caught or the bus crashed.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Never underestimate these inspired thoughts, <strong>these desires, ideas or compulsions </strong>or urges, they usually have universal energy behind them and are designed to keep you on the right path. <strong>I think many people get bogged down by what this energy is, some call it by a name and put on lots of restrictions and attach it to a religion, and some simply sense something wonderful at play. I know that we are all energy and this universal energy is the same as us, yet bigger and greater than us, maybe it is the sum of us all, I have felt wonderful because of connecting.</strong></p><p>For example you might have been thinking I need to change, what can I do with my life and then you heard about this online course, this is how the energy operates. Sometimes they are not big shout outs like redundancy-<strong>when you lose your job</strong>, or accidents, or losing your purse, <strong>your phone, or your hard drive crashing,</strong> but they are designed to bring your awareness for a need to take some inspired action often the inspired thought is like a whisper.</p><p>I do not believe in coincidences, <strong>a remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances without apparent causal connection. Like for example when we were in Spain, we were looking at the lemon trees and so we decided we would get a lemon tree on our return to Oman.</strong></p><p><strong>I wrote on the white board, where we put our shopping list: Lemon tree and then when I was next on Facebook a friend posted about some plants she was getting rid of and yes, you’ve guessed it one was a lemon tree! Many would believe this to be a coincidence but I don’t! You see my thoughts and my positive energy was already manifesting Lemon trees and the energy brings it too you in the best way possible. </strong>I believe everything that seems like magic is magic, it is the energy of the universe communicating to me and giving me my answer or my inspired thought or inspired action and it is my duty to follow that through. <strong>That’s what I believe, but you don’t have to, you can see it anyway you wish.</strong></p><p>When you follow inspired thought the universe helps you by bringing to you the right people, or the right book, or the right opportunity or the right message through a song to help you on your way.</p><p>This is why it is so important to start checking your thoughts regularly. Is that a positive thought? Is that a negative thought? If this thought is going out to create the next step in my reality, is it going to be in alignment with my goals and desires? <strong>Is it going to support what it is I want to achieve?</strong> Or is it going to cause an obstacle?</p><p>When you realize a thought you are having is negative do not go into over drive and beat yourself up. Instead, praise yourself for having recognized it is a negative thought and then reframe it, <strong>Now I know we do not praise ourselves! And we can feel silly doing this, but you don’t have to do it out loud you know! And besides, why not? Who else will praise you, if you don’t? </strong>Put a positive spin onto it, or even simply acknowledge it for its negativity and apologise for it, do what you can to stop the downward spiral of negativity.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>This love and light energy is what some people call God. We are all part of this love and light , floating free of space and time and then we come into human form and bring some of that light with us, deep as inner guidance, as our soul ! But we forget this connection, we forget about this light until we learn to seek it, until we learn to find it again, until we learn to sit quietly and go deep within. But when we connect to that inner light, the inner guidance we feel calm, we feel safe, it feels familiar, it feels like true love. The inner guidance gives us inspired thoughts, inspired words and helps guide us to the next step! It helps us find the path of least resistance and helps us to be true authentic vibrant loving beings and this light it's in every single human being and when we connect to it, we feel inner peace and the more people that connect to this inner peace, the more we will have world peace.</p><p>We can connect to this inner being through meditation (and through death) meditation gives us a temporary way of connecting whilst being in human form and death gives us a permanent way but I don't know about you but I would just like to meditate so much, that it feels a more permanent feeling and becomes a more constant feeling, so I don't have to do the other option lol 😂😂😂</p><p>But what it does mean is that there is no real death, because once our physical bodies cease, we just go back to light and love and on and on it goes .</p><p>But finding your light, connecting with it is just beautiful x and you get calmness and clarity and peace and it's absolutely available to every one of us xx</p><p>So find your light, be with your inner light and let you become your light.</p><p>Be the light you want to feel in this world. Know that you can channel this light for healing and the source is infinite!</p><p>It's bliss.</p>]]></description>

Like for example when we were in Spain, we were looking at the lemon trees and so we decided we would get a lemon tree on our return to Oman.</strong></p><p><strong>I wrote on the white board, where we put our shopping list: Lemon tree and then when I was next on Facebook a friend posted about some plants she was getting rid of and yes, you’ve guessed it one was a lemon tree! Many would believe this to be a coincidence but I don’t!       <description><![CDATA[<p>This is a feeling Universe.</p><p>It does not matter the words you use, the universe, the Law of attraction only responds to the way you feel. I believe everything that seems like magic is magic, it is the energy of the universe communicating to me and giving me my answer or my inspired thought or inspired action and it is my duty to follow that through. <strong>That’s what I believe, but you don’t have to, you can see it anyway you wish.</strong></p><p>When you follow inspired thought the universe helps you by bringing to you the right people, or the right book, or the right opportunity or the right message through a song to help you on your way.</p><p>This is why it is so important to start checking your thoughts regularly. Is that a positive thought? Is that a negative thought? If this thought is going out to create the next step in my reality, is it going to be in alignment with my goals and desires? <strong>Is it going to support what it is I want to achieve?</strong> Or is it going to cause an obstacle?</p><p>When you realize a thought you are having is negative do not go into over drive and beat yourself up. Instead, praise yourself for having recognized it is a negative thought and then reframe it, <strong>Now I know we do not praise ourselves! And we can feel silly doing this, but you don’t have to do it out loud you know! And besides, why not? Who else will praise you, if you don’t? </strong>Put a positive spin onto it, or even simply acknowledge it for its negativity and apologise for it, do what you can to stop the downward spiral of negativity.</p><p>Try to see the bigger picture; try not to just think about yourself in any situation, if you are having problems with a colleague at work, <strong>A friend at school </strong>for example maybe the problem is not you; maybe the problem is the colleague<strong>/friend</strong> feels undervalued, or has a headache, or they have problems in their home situation. We nearly always think of the impact on ourselves <strong>and then act</strong> <strong>from our own point of view</strong>, but if we can take a moment to sit back out of a situation and consider other possibilities not only are we being more positive but also, it allows more positive responses to come to us and about us.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>When I was younger, I used to be a terrible gossip, I loved it, and I loved the drama of it. <strong>You know what I mean? The hushed voices, the secretive admissions and the disclosures,</strong> “<strong>she said…. Blaa blaa” “ooooh no she didn’t did she?” etc, do you get the idea? </strong>It was fascinating and exhilarating. If we were talking about another person not present, well that did not matter because they were not present, they were not to know, were they?</p><p>I never saw this as a negative thing at all. However, it is negative in its energy. If what you say behind a person’s back would hurt them if they were to hear it, then energetically the damage has been done. <strong>The energy behind what you say, if you are being kind or being mean, radiate off you and brings that energy back to you at some point.</strong> A hurtful word causes distress, <strong>upset</strong> somewhere, to someone. This will go out and bring back to you a hurtful thing one way or another, like ripples on a pond.</p><p>What you put out you get back!</p><p>If you are judging somebody harshly then you will be judged harshly. It will have an impact on you.</p><p>It is important to treat people how you would like to be treated yourself. If you look for the positive in any situation and with anybody then others will do the same for you. If you give leniency<strong>- this means if you are tolerant, or you lighten the punishment, you make it easier for the other person,</strong> you will receive leniency. If at times <strong>school/</strong>work over whelms you and you need help, tolerance, assistance, <strong>understanding</strong> if you put these things out you will receive them back. Not always from the same person you gave to, initially.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Years ago, we used to be in a period of delayed Karma, but now we are in a period of instant karma.</p><p> <strong>Let me explain, have you heard of Karma? Karma stems from Indian beliefs. It is about your good deeds and your bad deeds and the belief that if you do something good you will be rewarded and if you do something bad you will be punished. Your deeds are your actions, the way you treat others. Often the rewards or punishments were delayed and continued over, into your new life after a re-birth.</strong></p><p>When it was delayed, we could do a kind deed and not see any kindness come back, and if we did an unkind deed, the same was true, we did not appear to be punished, u<strong>ntil the next life of course</strong>. In fact, what actually happened was that after the kind deed we would often receive a punishment or a manifestation of a previous unkind deed.  In addition, after an unkind deed, we would receive the rewards for a previous kind deed and in our confusion, we as humans would surmise/ <strong>conclude/ decide</strong> that it was ok to be negative because it did not appear to make a difference and that being positive and good went un-rewarded.</p><p>Now, however, thanks to instant karma, our negative thoughts are bringing us far quicker to negative situations and our positive thoughts are bringing us quickly to happier situations. </p><p><strong>I always say to the children in my drama classes, what you put out is what you get back. If you put out meanness and angriness you will receive these back from other people, if you put out tolerance and kindness then people will be tolerant and kind to you. So if you don’t like what is coming back to you, then you have to take the responsibility and look at what you are putting out and then change it!</strong></p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Habits have to be changed. If you want your situation to change then you cannot do what you always have done. If you do what you always have done, you will get the results you always got. Whatever you are here for, whether you want to change your health, your wealth,<strong> make more pocket money to buy things you want, get better exam results, </strong>your relationships, you need to change the beliefs about what is possible. Anything is possible, but you have to learn to manage the inner dialogue : <strong>the little voice that nags you, the thoughts you think and what they say to you,</strong> that takes place, when you start to shift your thinking.</p><p>When you have a better mindset, when you have connected to better awareness and perceptions of what is possible. <strong>Perceptions are your intuitive understanding, the ability to hear, see, or feel something through your senses- have you ever had a shiver down your spine? Or a thought that gives you goose bumps? This is your intuitive understanding. </strong>When you have learned some of the techniques that I will teach you next week, for releasing your fears and for removing your limited thinking and when you release on your limiting beliefs then anything is possible. <strong>We all have some faulty thinking back in our mental closets, have you ever thought about doing something and you little voice inside says “you can’t do that, your too tall or too small, or too young, or too, lazy, or too stupid, or you’re not good enough? This voice is your limited thinking, it is your opponent. It started when you were much younger from toddler upwards, when you saw the reactions of the adults around you and decided they must have meant no for a reason and you worked out the reason was one of these many limiting beliefs. They are called limiting beliefs because it is a belief you have about yourself, that stops you doing something more, something different.</strong></p><p><strong>"Whatever the mind of man can conceive, it can achieve" W. Clement Stone</strong></p><p>If you can think it, you can have it, remember the mind does not differentiate between a real and an imagined thought. <strong>This means the human mind cannot tell the difference between something imagined and something that is happening for real!</strong></p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Instead of moaning about being late, stressing, getting impatient, I think of what I love and why, invariably I am not late! We do take so many things for granted. <strong>Sight, touch, hearing, walking, talking, it is only when you lose one of these abilities that you realise how precious it is</strong>, we take for granted that we have decent clothes, shoes on our feet. <strong>We take for granted that we have family around us, a house to live in and keep us warm, we take for granted the friendships and love we receive from others. We might want more but until we are thankful for what we have we cannot receive more.</strong> Doing this activity has a great benefit. It brings you into alignment with positivity and its frequency. It raises your vibration. <strong>Everything has a frequency, colours have their own frequencies,  frequency is the rate at which something vibrates, a wave, like sound waves, infra red has a frequency, radio waves have a frequency,  have you seen those dog whistles? They operate on a very high frequency, that apparently only dogs hear, which I have never understood because I hear them?  As you get older the high notes are lost and your frequency becomes lower.</strong></p><p> Now I want you to think about what your ideal life is. Describe your perfect day, how do you travel? What is it that you do? Do you work in an office? Are you freelance- <strong>this means working for yourself offering your expertise to other businesses</strong>? Are you an entrepreneur? <strong>Do you have an idea of a business you can run? Where do you want to be 5 years from now? What do you want to be doing? </strong> Who is in your life? How do you look, how much weight do you want to lose? You might not want to lose any but it is often a hope for many. How much money do you earn? Write things down in detail, when you are home get pictures from the internet, magazines and newspapers for you to put onto your own vision board, more of that in a bit.       <description><![CDATA[<p>So, onto the vision board. Another way to help you is to create a vision board. This is great fun, you can treat this like a big shopping spree, think of the fun you can have choosing your car, your house, do not limit yourself, as this will create limits in your future. I created one for ArtsSpa. I have words on it that are the words I want people to use when describing ArtsSpa, I have pictures of what I want it to look like, I have pictures of the things I want to take part in ArtsSpa. I can look at this vision board and I do daily, every day I look at it and I imagine it all being here, right now and what this does, is it raises my energy, <strong>remember about putting yourself on a higher frequency, a more positive frequency, remember the sound waves? </strong> It makes me feel good, I take imaginary tours around my ArtsSpa, I give imaginary interviews about my ArtsSpa. You can call it daydreaming.</p><p>It is wonderful fun! Life ought to be fun, so this is a great way to feel good and to feel more positive.</p><p><strong>People all have different passions; following what you love does not mean it will be the same for everyone. Everybody’s passion will be different. Someone might want to be principle dancer, A principle dancer is the main dancer in a ballet another might want to be a choreographer, another a photographer or painter of dancers, another a dance teacher, just in one role around dance, there are so many variations. So do not think there is not enough to go around.</strong></p><p>You can also make a mind movie, <strong>This is a more updated version of a vision board </strong>if you want you can go to mindmovies.com and buy into their program, they have some pre made mindmovies that help you attain whatever it is you want to manifest (<strong>make real)</strong> into your life, health, wealth, money, happiness and relationships. Or they give you templates to make your own. But another thing you can do is make a photo story, this is where you can upload your photos, add captions, add music and then watch it through like a video. When you watch it through or look at your vision board, do not think "oo this will be lovely when...", instead think of it as if it has already happened.</p><p>It is kind of the vision board more updated and moving with the Technological times<strong> the computer age </strong>we are now in. You feel so good watching it, or you ought to, if you don’t go back and re do it till you do! You can watch it on your laptop, ipad/smartphone so you can have it anywhere and everywhere. The vision board helps to give you focus and brings clarity to your vision.</p><p>What we think about our life will be true, we choose our thoughts so it makes sense to ensure all the time that we are choosing to think about our lives in a positive way.</p><p>Remember our affirmation? <strong>Our mantra? a repeated saying we say to ourselves no matter how silly we feel?</strong></p><p>My thoughts are very powerful; they create the reality around me.</p><p>Or this one:</p><p>"Every day, in every way my life gets richer and richer" – Louise hay</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Weeding Positivity - getting rid of the dead wood (releasing fears, removing the Conflicts/Resistance/Anger and Procrastination) techniques to help release u to the flow.</p><p>Hopefully you are feeling a lot more positive and you are feeling better, good, maybe more energized. Hopefully you are becoming more able to pay attention to your feelings as well.</p><p> </p><p>This workshop is going to be about how to help you release on the negative thoughts and situations. Because you cannot just decide to think happy thoughts, there are certain things that require a little bit more action.</p><p> </p><p>I will also talk about the subconscious beliefs we hold that sabotage our success and give you some strategies to try to deal with that. <strong>We talked about the subconscious beliefs last week, they are the thoughts you have that you are not even aware having because they have been buried for so long, but they are the thoughts that prevent you from getting what you want, unless what you want is the same thought. They are the bad thoughts, the little voice that always says no to your ideas.</strong> I am not a trained counselor and I will not be in any way able to help you, with some specific emotional problems. It is possible that as your progress towards positivity you will recall/ experience some unhappy memories, <strong>remember some bad thoughts </strong>or encounter some limiting events that require further work. I strongly urge you to seek professional help with that from a trained and experienced counselor, <strong>or a student counselor, a friend or confident that can help you work out your feelings better.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We have no problem seeking a doctor out when we feel poorly, or break a leg, but we do have problems seeking help if our thought processes, <strong>our thinking is not positive thinking or </strong>are not healthy and functioning. However, there are people perfectly qualified to help you and I do highly recommend seeking professional help if some situations and emotions present themselves and you feel unable to cope <strong>if it over whelms you</strong>.</p><p> </p><p>I have put this particular workshop 5th, because in my experience when we begin making changes in our lives we are fired up and feel good and the adrenalin, keeps us motivated and working towards our goals. However, after a while, we begin to lose momentum and we slow down, we have trouble remaining focused and on task, we hit resistances, <strong>blocks</strong> and these all start to sap our energy.</p><p>If you have been following my advice and working through the activities, it is highly possible about now that you are experiencing some resistance, <strong>some blocks, brick walls and limitations</strong>.</p><p>Resistance can come in many forms. Maybe a loving family member starts to notice changes in you and having an Amygdala themselves fears the change and so they say things to help bring you back to the ‘old’<strong> the previous version of yourself</strong> or maybe you fear the change and so your inner dialogue goes something like:</p><p> “ yeah right! Like this is going to work? Who ever heard of changing things with thought, you change things with hard work, determination….etc”</p><p>What I have personally experienced when I have actively chosen to be a lot more positive, is the fact that there seems to be far more situations <strong>that were challenging and / or negative</strong> that came up and they actually made me feel more negative!</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>I remember years ago being told a story about patience. It was told by a monk, it goes like this.</p><p>When you are praying and praying for something, and let us just say you are praying for patience in a given situation, well the universe does not just bestow/ <strong>give you</strong> a heap load of patience onto you. ALAS, <strong>oh dear</strong> ha ha! No what happens in fact is that the Universe gives you a heap load of situations where the only thing you can do is be patient. Therefore, what you are doing is learning the skill of “patience” and learning how to use it properly, mastering it through repeated practice.</p><p>This is also the case with positivity, when you are learning to be more positive, the universe gives you many negative situations and people so that you can learn to rise above and place your energy vibration higher, <strong>we talked about energy operating on a frequency like a sound wave last week, are you still unclear what I mean? If you are ask me for clarification.</strong></p><p>So if you have in the last few days, succumbed/ <strong>ended up being more negative, feeling more negative</strong>, do not beat yourself up, because awareness is the key! At least now, you are seeing the difference and hopefully choosing most of the time to be positive.</p><p><strong>Say this to yourself, be kind and gentle with yourself, not out loud of course if you think others will hear and think you’re crazy, but quietly to yourself.</strong></p><p>I forgive myself- as I forgive myself I leave behind all feelings of not being good enough and I am free to love myself.</p><p>If you have a situation that you react negatively to, do not worry too much, awareness is what matters, there is a saying, if you fall off the horse just jump back on again.</p><p>The truth is we have thousands of thoughts every hour of every day, many we do not even register, so just do the best you can do and with practice it will get easier and become more natural.</p><p>All the time, the body and mind are communicating, sending messages, which many you will not comprehend, <strong>understand,</strong> just do what you can. The more you actively choose a positive thought, imagine a positive scenario, <strong>a positive vision, like watching a film or tv programme in your mind, let it play out in a more positive way </strong> and expect a positive result, the more positivity will become attracted to you, the more you will be aligning your thoughts with the same frequency. Remember last time I talked about setting your frequency to the station you want to hear!</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p> When I started really, actively working with the “Law of Attraction”, <strong>which is the name given to this kind of work, it is one of the laws of physics, like gravity and it stipulates like attracts like,</strong> which was around 2004/5 I noticed several things. I noticed that emails began coming in from people who could give me information and guidance, I noticed things popping up on the internet that caught my attention more and this would lead also to discovering books, DVD’s and workshops that could give me greater insight.  This was magical, <strong>it seemed like magic, things happening easily and effortlessly</strong>.</p><p>I discovered about vision boards and made mine, we talked about vision boards last week. However, I also noticed that not everything was happening, as I wanted it too. I was not getting the results I wanted. I was clear about what I wanted and I imagined it, dreamed it, day dreamed it, talked about it, wrote lists about it, but I was not getting it.</p><p>I did start to think, this stuff does not work, I was wrong! How can I make myself an internationally respected Artist and Author, just by imagining it to be so? <strong>Surely if I was going to become famous as an artist or as an author I needed to do a lot of hard work? </strong>I became aware of my resistances, and these resistances, <strong>the blocks I was putting up to stop myself achieving my dream, </strong>not only slowed me down but also blocked me completely at times.</p><p>However, something deep inside told me do not give up, this really does work.</p><p> </p><p>It is no effort for the universe to bring you your heart’s desire, it does not matter if it is a big thing or a small thing, size, time, all of that is of no consequence, <strong>and it does not matter</strong>, to the universe.</p><p>If you notice the resistance coming from others, it is worth listening too but that does not mean we have to embrace,<strong> accept,</strong> their negativity or accept that resistance, <strong>their</strong> <strong>blocks. Because believe it or not,</strong> they do not always know better than you. They are however, reflecting back a thought that you have put out there to some degree.<strong> Remember when I said what you put out comes back to you, so if it comes back you have to look at it and see where their thought mirrors a thought you have somewhere.</strong></p><p>This course of workshops is designed to help you know and value yourself. They are designed to show you, that you hold your power. Inside of you is everything you need to be successful in whatever it is you wish to be successful in.</p><p>Truth is we sometimes feel it cannot work because deep down we do not feel worthy of the things we so badly want in our lives.</p><p>But the thing is, if you feel unworthy, and so do so many others then whose standards are we judging ourselves by? Can we all be unworthy? Or have we all set ourselves a ridiculously high benchmark? <strong>Are we all destined to fail, never achieving our goals and always feeling under? If the way we mark our success is too high and it is for us all, then we all ought to lower it so that we all can pass.</strong></p><p> </p><p>The truth is we are all worthy, we are all deserving of love, support, guidance, and success. Just as the grass does not force its way through or buds strain in fear and pain to open, <strong>because they always bloom effortlessly and easily so</strong> we too, can flourish, we too, can bloom.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>So, everyone is feeling trapped by their limitations, <strong>the thinking that holds them trapped,</strong> by their limiting beliefs. This is so sad.</p><p>My mother rejected me, <strong>She only wanted two children and already had two, but my dad wanted 4, then my parents compromised on a third, but the third baby was twins and I was the fourth one to arrive. She had 4 children under 4 and couldn’t cope, Post natal depression set in I think and although the functions were there food, clothes etc</strong> I grew up with her but I was always aware the love did not flow to me, from her. What I took from this for several years was that I was un-loveable, I was un-worthy. Worse than that I did for a number of years think I must have some evilness inside me, <strong>I must be a bad person that my mum can see but I can’t</strong> because my own mother could not find it in her heart to love me. I was confused, hurt, bitter, angry, rage-full, and lost for years.</p><p> </p><p>In the early years, I could not see it from my mother’s point of view. I did not think it was because my mother struggled, I did not think it was because she was suffering from an acute form of post natal depression <strong>(the chemicals and hormones that race around a woman’s body after having a baby can do funny things to them. Post natal depression is where you cannot cope with the baby</strong> I did not have the gift of hindsight,  <strong>that’s when you look back on an event and can understand it better </strong>or beautiful people like Louise Hay saying,</p><p>“We are all victims of victims, we are all doing the best we can with the knowledge and skills we have.”</p><p>In the early years, I just believed it was because I was evil, I was bad, I was unworthy. I found it hard to make friends because when people were friendly towards me, I thought it is only a matter of time before they discover how horrible and evil I am and then shun away from me, <strong>turn away from me</strong>. I felt totally unworthy of love because I could not get that from my own mother. We all have limitations and lack thoughts to one degree or another, <strong>this means no matter who you are, you can still sometimes think you are not good enough</strong>.</p><p>I do not tell you that for the sympathy, I tell you that because even I am amazed about the course my life has taken. I have come from the blackest of places to the brightest and all because I listened to an inner belief that I may be all right after all and I changed my thinking from negative to positive.</p><p>I had done a lot of work on myself using Dr Phil’s “Self-Matters”. <strong>He is a very famous guy that has been on Oprah Winfrey, he gives really good advice to people and helps them with their problems. </strong> I had counseling too, after I had my daughter, mainly because I wanted to ensure I didn’t go the same way as my mother.</p><p>I was becoming more positive and after arriving in Oman, I felt real joy about painting and I felt whole and complete calling myself an Artist and singing in a band. I was feeling good and as a result, good experiences were coming to me. I was feeling fulfilled and as a result my life was becoming full.</p><p>So, I had my vision board, I had the ability to dream big, I got excited and enthusiastic about what I could achieve and bring in, but I hit resistance and I was stuck, <strong>I was blocked</strong>.</p><p>I managed to experience some form of miraculous event daily, <strong>things that happened that made me go WOW. </strong> I could imagine a friend, or say something like ‘I need to get a response now from such and such’ and then within hours and sometimes within minutes I would get a response, or hear from the friend. I also had success selling my art, and exhibiting, but I could not seem to get the rich and famous to see my work and therefore spend more money on it, which would have justified my being able to paint all day any day. </p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>I knew that thinking positively and feeling good was the way to make it all flow to me so why was it not flowing? The frustrating thing was I could feel it coming to me, It <strong>felt</strong> like the ceiling above my head, was bursting, my cosmic bank account was loaded, but I wasn’t getting the download. <strong>As if all the ideas I had had, had brought money and success to me but that there was some kind of wall/barrier in place which meant I could not get to it yet.</strong></p><p>So, I put out a message to the energy of the universe, I said ‘help me, I’m stuck! I know this works, so show me where I have made a mistake, show me what process needs to be different’.</p><p>I did not doubt anymore that this could work; I knew it could work so I asked for help in finding out where I had made the mistake.</p><p>I knew I had taken inspired action following various inspired thoughts, I had turned my thinking around when in the UK so that I could manifest/<strong>make real</strong> the same artistic success I had experienced in Oman, I talk more about this in my book, so I’ll keep it brief here. <strong>I have a book out called FACE2FAITH – A spiritual journey through paint.</strong>  I knew I was putting into place all the things necessary to fulfill my mantra, <strong>my affirmation, the repeated saying I used</strong> which was:</p><p><strong>Large amounts of money flow effortlessly and easily to me from a variety of sources</strong>.</p><p>I now realised that my soul’s purpose was not to be a hugely successful, international artist, although that would be lovely. I knew that my soul’s purpose was to help inspire and encourage as many people as I could to think creatively about their lives and show them how to live the life of their dreams.</p><p>I had the inspired thought of my <strong>ArtsSpa</strong>, which is going to be a center of empowerment, <strong>A place that makes people feel so good about themselves that they change how they live and do things to make their lives so much better. </strong> ArtsSpa will be full to the brim with activities that help you connect to your inner power, <strong>the faith within yourself</strong>, release on limitation and lack and propel, <strong>move you forwards </strong>to a brighter more purposeful future.</p><p>I also had my amazing dance – The Awakening Dance, that fully illustrates this online course, that somehow, I need to get into production.</p><p>I was not asking for handouts, I knew that my book could sell over a million copies, once it was released, which would more than be enough to fund ArtsSpa, or my paintings could become highly sought after, <strong>meaning lots and lots of people wanting to buy them</strong> which could also fund my ArtsSpa or Awakening Dance project.</p><p>I had finally written my book and had started the process of publishing, HELLO magazine featured it, and me as an Artist, so I felt sure my star was raising, it was just a matter of time. However, I could feel resistance; I could feel a block. This is why I say to you, it is important to check your feelings, so they can guide you more.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>This week I am going to talk about the ways we block our success and how to prevent this from happening.</strong></p><p>So, Remember last week? I was feeling blocked in my process of manifesting, so, after contemplating my dilemma and wondering how I was stuck, how I was blocked I went away on holiday and during the holiday as I relaxed, I asked for clarity on the situation. I asked the energy, my friend, the universe for help.</p><p>When I returned from the holiday the first email I received was from Natalie ledwell from the from Mind Movies team.</p><p>The first thing she said was ‘Are you stuck? Have you been manifesting but feel you are not getting the results?’</p><p>I read on with interest and also I thanked the energy for having responded, remember I talk about having an attitude of gratitude, so always say your ‘thank-you’s’, because it shows the universe it is on the right track.</p><p>Natalie recommended a few procedures but the main one I heard was The Sedona Method, by Hale Dworskin. <strong>This is a book and a cd programme-</strong> When I had to take my daughter to town, the first place she wanted to go was Boarders, <strong>the book shop</strong> and as we walked into the shop, there was the Sedona method book, shelf after shelf of it, right opposite the entrance. I saw this as a sign and once again thanked the energy for responding to my call for help.</p><p>So I immediately brought the book of <strong>The Sedona Method</strong>, yes I could have got it cheaper if I had ordered it online, but as I had spent 2 weeks pondering a problem I felt this was my answer and I did not want to wait. By buying it I was taking action on an inspired thought.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>What I realised was, that buried deep, I had some resistance <strong>fear/limitations/blocks</strong> about whether I deserved all I was manifesting, <strong>all I was trying to make real</strong>.  A part of me was afraid to stand firmly in my feet and say this is me, this is what I can do, it works and I can show you how. When I thought about doing this I realised that deep down, I had a voice (my mother’s) that said ‘<strong>who do you think you are?</strong>’ A part of me was afraid of the book, my book, my FACE2FAITH book. I was afraid of what people would say about me. I realised that sadly, despite my earlier work with Dr Phil, I was still caught up in wanting people’s approval. </p><p>When you practice the <strong>Sedona method</strong> your heart feels full, you feel full of positive emotion and this makes you teary, you feel, open, warm, loving and at peace. <strong>These are some of the ways it makes you feel as you let go of all the thoughts and emotions from the past that have been holding you back.</strong>  You feel a sense of being in the right place at the right time. You have self-assurance, and a sense of purpose. You feel uplifted, energized and calm. You have unwavering doubt, <strong>this means you feel certain of the things you are doing, you feel certain, you will get all you desire</strong>. You look around you and the world seems brighter, happier, more colourful.</p><p>It is hard to believe that these simple exercises could make such a huge impact and make an immediate difference in how you feel, <strong>BUT</strong> they do!</p><p>When you release <strong>on the old feelings and thoughts </strong>using the Sedona method techniques, you feel a lengthening of the spine, <strong>you seem to stretch,</strong> you feel a tingling along the spine and head, you feel slightly floaty, and very happy. It is a bit like dark coloured bubbles of negativity disperse away from you <strong>NEVER to return! </strong>Your mind feels quieter <strong>the nagging, negative voice seems to have gone away </strong>and you are more aware of possibilities.</p><p>We live in a rapidly changing world and many of us are seeking certainty, solidity and security <strong>for</strong> <strong>things to be as you want them to be.</strong> I can tell you that if you practice the Sedona as it is intended, you will have these feelings. </p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Emotions are the feelings we feel and experience in response to a thought we have.</p><p>This is very important to remember it is in response to a thought you have! You have to have put the thought in! You are the only one in your head. You are the controller. There for if you do not want the feeling that is generated by a negative or limiting thought then it is up to you to remove the thought. We have talked about this before!</p><p>In my past I have over analysed my thoughts, I have come to see that this is not always a good thing. Many times, I did not come up with answers so I kept dwelling and pondering, <strong>analysing and re-thinking the event or situation, </strong>expecting and hoping for answers to come. I have now realised that there is something very freeing and liberating, <strong>releasing</strong> about simply letting it go.</p><p>We all have a choice, we can keep thinking a thought or we could let it go.</p><p>I am going to give you a demonstration of the Sedona method and this is principally, <strong>primarily, mainly</strong> what it is, but I really urge you to read the book <strong>of the Sedona method</strong>, because it will cover much more about what to expect, why it works and I do not have time to cover that in this online course.</p><p>Ok, So I want you to hold the tissue scrunched tightly into your hand. Now I want you to stretch out your arm, bring tension into the fingers, dig the fingers in, bring tension into the wrist, the arm and the shoulder, and keep it up there.</p><p>Now imagine that this is an unpleasant emotion, do not dwell on why you have it, do not dwell on whether it is justified or not,  <strong>do not over think it, or try to explain it </strong>do not try to explain the unpleasant emotion, simply check your feelings surrounding this feeling and realise that it is an un pleasant emotion.</p><p>Now I am going to ask you 4 questions you do not have to answer out loud <strong>unless you want too, </strong>but answer them <strong>in your head</strong> as they are spoken in this podcast.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes you will notice a huge shift as something you have held onto slips away, if you release on it fully it will not come back.</p><p>By practicing the Sedona method I was able to forgive my mum, for all the hurt, pain, insecurities and limitations I had felt, I released on it all, I took responsibility for the feelings I had, but I also let them go, they did not serve a purpose, they did not get me closer to my goal so I let them go.</p><p>Over 40 years of anger, pain, frustration and it all melted away seriously, it has been incredible. Like I say please read the Sedona book.</p><p>The great thing is you do not have to be in a quiet room to do this, you may at first want to ask the questions aloud to yourself, but after a while, they will become easily repeated internally, in your inner dialogue and this means you can practice it anywhere and at any time. The moment someone upsets you, or the moment you remember a negative thought, an upsetting thought, you can ask yourself these 4 questions and you soon feel, happier, calmer and more peaceful.</p><p>You can release on all your CRAP this way!! Love that expression from John Assaraf, have you heard of him? <strong>He is a great motivational speaker and entrepreneur; he went from living on the streets to being a multi-millionaire.</strong></p><p>Now what I mean by that is you can release on all the things that are holding you back this way.</p><p>You can release on your:</p><p><strong>C</strong>onflicts</p><p><strong>R</strong>esistance</p><p><strong>A</strong>nger</p><p><strong>P</strong>essimism and procrastination.</p><p>Unless the price you pay for staying the same becomes more than the price to change, you WILL NOT CHANGE! But I want you to see that by changing you will release yourself to a whole new, wonderful, vibrant, energized, healthy and abundant <strong>(wealthy)</strong> you.</p><p>I want you to see that by not releasing you are holding yourself back, you are limiting your successes. You are causing yourself pain.</p><p>The uncertainty, the lack of familiarity, <strong>the not knowing</strong>, the fear in your brain will prevent you from changing, but by releasing using the Sedona, you can begin to see just how many feelings hold you back and just how much you can do to change all that. <strong>YOU</strong> can change it; You have the knowledge and the Power! How wonderful is this?</p><p>You can program yourself to change; you can change your <strong>GPS</strong>! Set it to success!</p><p>Releasing using the Sedona helps to deactivate the Amygdala, it stops the Amygdala from sabotaging your success! <strong>It stops it from stopping you achieve all you want.</strong></p><p><strong>You can use this to help make you feel good and happy and by doing this you are now the only one responsible for your happiness, and no one else can now take your happiness away!</strong></p><p>Also, other methods can seriously help you release. There is NLP, which stands for Neuro linguistic programming, and there is the tapping solution to name just 2.</p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Part 7: the final part! Blooming Positivity going over what has been done, what has been achieved and reinforcing key concepts.</p><p>Welcome back,</p><p>This is the last in the series of Planting Positivity. Over the last 6 weeks you have been given a lot of information and been asked to work on some activities that would help you to create your ideal life.</p><p>I hope you have enjoyed the learning and I hope you can start to see some benefits as well as maybe start seeing some results.</p><p>Over the last few weeks, you will have moved through various manifesting stages <strong>making your dreams a reality </strong>and if you have undertaken the activities, by now, you will, be in a personal bubble of a reality, <strong>like your own happiness cloud </strong>that you have created.</p><p><strong>Every thought I think is creating my future – Louise Hay</strong></p><p>I hope you have produced a vision board, because this is what allows you to focus on what it is you wish to achieve. A vision board helps to shift your energetic vibration <strong>the frequency you operate it, making you happy, positive and light </strong>and helps raise your energy and awareness.</p><p></p><p>When you focus on what it is you wish to achieve it cannot help but make you feel more joyful. The vision board is a very important part of the manifesting process.</p><p></p><p></p><p>I hope that you have daily worked on your gratitude’s <strong>the things you are grateful for</strong> and thinking of the things you love. If you have worked on these things daily, twice daily then I believe you will, by now have noticed a shift in your thinking.</p><p>You will have moved from the phase of <strong>mild awareness</strong> <strong>where you think there is something in all this positive thinking lark,</strong> to <strong>specific intent where you deliberately set out to make things happen because you KNOW this positive thinking works.</strong></p><p>Hopefully, you have constantly checked where your emotions are and you will have released on any limitations and lack, <strong>any of your blocks</strong>.</p><p>When you <strong>release on your past programming, your old thoughts</strong> and get the parts of your brain in alignment, you then reach the fourth stage, which is a <strong>state of allowing</strong>.</p><p><strong>I can release the past and forgive everyone – Louise Hay</strong></p>]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>Remember releasing the past and forgiving is not about letting someone off the hook, it is about setting you free.</p><p>All that you wish to manifest will seem plausible, and possible. You will have had some success and this will spur you on.</p><p>1.    Mild Awareness</p><p>2.    Specific Intent</p><p>3.    Release of Past Programming</p><p>4.    State of Allowing</p><p>5.    Personal Bubble of Reality</p><p>This really does work, if you are not getting the results you expect then there is a block within you. <strong>You are stopping things coming to you</strong> and you will need to be very proactive at checking your feelings. <strong>You will need to look at what you are thinking and feeling that could be holding you back, if you do not do it, no one else will!</strong> You need to be checking the language you are using too.</p><p>The energy takes you quite literally, and is pedantic/ <strong>hairsplitting, fussy, particular, concerned with the minor details</strong> -with the language you use. Therefore, it is most important, that you check your choice of words too.</p><p>I recently heard of a man who prayed – many people pray to another source, whatever you want to call it- and he prayed, manifested for an ‘open heart’. He wanted to be more loving and loved, however the Energy took him at his word and the man ended up having ‘open heart’ surgery!</p><p>You gotta love the energy hey!</p>]]></description>

If the universe takes your words literally is it going to bring you what you want, exactly?</p><p>Manifesting requires a lot of practice, the more you practice the better you become.</p><p>It is so important you create this neural resonance, that your thoughts are aligned with your feelings.</p><p>What the mind can conceive you can receive!</p><p>Do you have any questions about the processes?</p><p>Would you like to offer some stories of success?</p><p>I am in such a great place, every day I get to do what I love doing.       <description><![CDATA[<p>Set your goals, think positively, check your feelings, release and feel good.</p><p>Write down a list of the things you wish to create, consider the obstacles, as many times as you can speak out your goals and desires, do so. Visualize achieving this list, visualize having it, in the here and now.</p><p>Write a diary, logging in, what you achieve and the small events that happen that are the small steps to success.</p><p> </p><p>Identify the goals and the ways to achieve this, set aside a time each day to meditate <strong>think about</strong> and reflect on your manifesting goals <strong>the things you want to be real</strong>.</p><p>Maybe set up a group of supportive friends, to share your goals and for them to share theirs. This helps raise all of your frequencies, <strong>making you more positive as a group, </strong>when you are all talking about your dreams and intentions.</p><p>Be specific in setting your goals; do not be too general, if you are too general, you will only get general results.       <description><![CDATA[<p>When you start manifesting you are initially aware of all the things you fear. </p><p>You have to dig deep and find out what sub-conscious thoughts are running in the background and limiting you.</p><p>It is important to keep going. Its important to remind yourself that this does work, even if you can't see evidence initially.</p><p>remember believing is seeing! not the other way around.</p><p>Sometimes its best to go general and just think of what is working right now, if you find yourself slipping and becoming negative. It is important to think of what makes you feel good. Our energy vibration is crucial and our job is to keep it high and hopeful and in a state of anticipation. </p><p>Your feelings are your indicator, if you feel good, you are in alignment with your inner being and moving positively towards your goal, if you feel bad it is because you are thinking a thought that is not in alignment with your inner being and not moving towards your goal. </p><p>So keep checking how you feel, keep releasing things that make you feel bad and keep moving towards your goals.</p><p>All the very best I wish for you.</p><p>stay in touch</p><p>Jenni  </p>]]></description>
