The goal of this show is to bring awareness of Italian culture through stories of Italian immigration and its effects on Italian-Canadian Foodways. To that end, we sit down with members of the Italian-Canadian community to uncover their experiences of cultural tradition via food from abroad and what they have learned along the way. Every episode is packed with stories that prove the motivation and determination that these incredible guests hold in an effort to preserve and pass down their cultural heritage.
