      <description><![CDATA[<p>This episode will delve into the world of special and general education. Special education has grown and become an essential part of the school curriculum. Innovative Educational Practices have become necessary to help teach the whole student and prepare them for future graduation.  Such practices of co-teaching, peer-to-peer learning, integration of AI, social-emotional learning, and universal designs for learning are all part of helping all students succeed in education. Schooling may have been around for hundreds of years. However, special education did not become significant until the 1970s.  Through societal influences and challenges, we have learned the importance of educating the entire student instead of just helping them gain knowledge. </p>]]></description>
