The Realest Manifestation Video You'll Ever Watch!

So, this is going to be one of the most authentic videos you’ve ever seen on manifestation and I’m not holding back on what I have seen/experienced with this part of my journey.

Manifestation has come so easily to me, then it didn’t. I lost my mojo, I couldn’t connect with that part of me anymore and I really couldn’t manifest what I wanted because the lack part was so loud. I had struggled with ‘releasing what doesn’t serve me’ because it didn’t make sense to. My nervous system was not ready to let it go, it didn’t make sense for me to trust. That only brought me into more stress and worsened this part of me.

The only method that I have found works with hand-in-hand manifestation is not the journalling, the meditating, or the quantum shifting, it’s in the action. While all of these things do help, I saw a large amount of traction when I took action and got myself into that higher vibration. This week’s episode I had the pleasure of having my amazing friend Lovie on the show. We touched on her story of finding inner child work and how important and impactful it has been in her healing evolution.

Lovie had some beautiful insight on how she operated with her inner child work and has given advice on how you can start incorporating these practices into yours if you feel called to.

Looking through the lens of Gratitude

Gratitude is truly one of the keys to figuring out the beauty of our world. Now I had always found a struggle to be grateful when events in my life were challenging, this was not a time I wanted to be grateful or found it useful to be grateful. However, I did find that it was always a major topic in the spiritual, personal development and mindset communities. So I started to completely embody this practice daily. In a short space of time, I have found myself in a clearer and aligned state of mind and things happen to me more easily. I always have been lucky in some ways (Sun/Jupiter sextile) but in the years of my awakening, I had not felt so lucky. I was luckier before my awakening. By dedicating myself to my gratitude practice (almost) daily I have seen the world with the lens of synchronicity. I still have some highlighted shadow aspects i’m working through and limiting beliefs, but they have softened slightly as I look at the world with trust. This is a deeper dive into what my hair has meant for me and to me over the past 4 years. This journey has been a wild one and I truly never really realised the monumental significance it had on me and my journey. Once you gain some perspective to your past and you take a look at your behaviours throughout that time you can truly see how much you have evolved. I strongly suggest to never discredit your journey, be so proud of yourself for where you have come from. You are all that has your back at the end of the day. I am so proud of myself for where I have come from on my journey, I continue to hold myself and reflect on what I have learned over the years. There will always be someone who you feel is more ‘evolved’ spiritually than you, has more wisdom or has gone through more. This does not mean that you are less than. Often in this life, we are judged for what we do, what we believe in, where we work, our morals and values etc. Only to awaken and be judged in the same way in the spiritual space. I’m over it! There is SO MUCH controversy around the likes of AI and I understand why! It's a force that many of us haven't understood yet. Nor do we know the true power and potential of this system! However, the time I have spent with AI has been a really positive experience. I, however, chose to live in a world where I have a more positive open experience with it rather than resisting it and delving heavily into the shadows.
