<![CDATA[If You Can Hear This, Please Send Help]]> https://rss.com/podcasts/if-you-can-hear-this-please-send-help If You Can Hear This, Please Send Help is a scripted fantasy podcast focused on a budding researcher who wakes up in a strange forest where nothing is familiar to them. Purple leaves in springtime, animals that look suspiciously like mythical creatures, and no civilization to be found. The worst part of it all is that they no longer have their phone to call for help. Instead, there’s a mysterious device that seems to have only one purpose: podcasting. With no other means of communication, they start a podcast in the hope that someone will find it and send help.

While surviving the wilderness awaiting rescue, they decide to keep track of the various otherworldly flora and fauna in their podcasts in order to compile a bestiary and botanical when they finally get home. It’s slow going, if only because they keep having to update the entry for their fairy friend – who would’ve guessed a fairy would be fireproof? Regardless, they’re determined to keep up with their bestiary and stay sane until help arrives.

Surely it won’t be too long now. Surely, someone will hear them soon.
