Stumbling through life in pursuit of knowledge.

Welcome to our first podcast with Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Meaghan Gorman.

In this interview we discuss topics we’ve previously spun out on: the real meaning of narcissism, what gaslighting actually looks like, if one can be “a little OCD,” but the thread that sews our conversation together is the idea of reclaiming your story for yourself. We all come with pre-written scripts, self-fulfilling prophecies written for us by the generations that proceeded us. Some of us follow the lead of those who’ve laid our paths, some of us rewrite and redirect for the generations that will follow us. I’ve done the former, now I'm working on the latter.

I’ve learned so much from Meaghan. If you need someone to talk to, I highly recommend reaching out to her. Here is her contact: meaghangormanlmft@gmail.com
