Sooo it's 2023... phew! I went on my hiatus in July 2022 and that was just the beginning of a super tough year for me, which I touch on in this episode. I go through my mental health hardships as well as losing a friend, and how I tried to cope with it all and heal. I'm so happy for everyone who said 2022 was their best year yet, and I am also here to empathise with those who said it's been our worst year. Let's make 2023 a better one!!

Today I opened up my current lil' world to you, and all of the change, clutter and crisis that is here right now. On May 1st 2022, I had several different big changes in my life happen all at once, and in a matter of two weeks I realised I wasn't really looking after myself the way I should do.
