      <description><![CDATA[<p>I procrastinated on recording this episode about procrastination, which felt like a sign I was researching the right topic. Turns out "I'm just lazy" isn't really the answer. There are three different reasons we avoid things, and they're not the same problem wearing different outfits.</p><p>I get into fear of failing (and why having alter egos may not be a bad thing), fear of succeeding (which is weirder and less talked about, but very real), and the sneaky one, staying busy with stuff that feels productive but isn't actually moving anything forward.</p><p>This one's half-baked in the best way. </p><p>Why do I procrastinate, why do we procrastinate, fear of failure, fear of success, productive procrastination</p>]]></description>
