Grizzly Talk covers topics that the majority of mental health that individuals who seek such information are not exposed to unless they undergo intense therapies, which are usually expensive. Megan discusses these topics in depth, sourced by collective education and experience, on her weekly radio show hosted by 101.5 KFGM Missoula Community Radio. Megan is a nonprofit host and board member @KFGM. Megan's goal is to bring awareness and healing to the larger community, as she spends much of her time in sessions giving this same type of psychoeducation. She believes all should have access to this guidance and healing, regardless of ability to access mental health care.

*This is not a substitute for therapy, nor should ever be used to treat or diagnose oneself. If you need more intensive care, please seek professional diagnosis and treatment by a licensed mental healthcare professional, such as a counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

Megan MacKay works as an addiction and trauma psychotherapist. She is a CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist), PIT (Post Induction Therapist), and is EMDR and SE (Somatic Experiencing) trained. As a LCPC and LPC in the states of Arizona and Montana, working with compulsive behavioral disorders, complex trauma resolution, addiction, and those who experience intimacy disorders.
