Welcome to grieving babes!

A space to talk about the very messy and real parts of grief. I’m Louigi and I want to talk about death, loss and change. All those parts that often go unnoticed in this world.

Since the death of my mother my life has changed. And I knew nothing is like it was.

I have met many grievers throughout the years and we all connected on one key element: the silence around death. The "not knowing" (especially in the west) of how to talk about endings, new beginnings and the messy parts of grief. When we talk about death, we talk about life, love and what it means to be human.

I’m a mediator and coach, dancer and music lover and a nerd for understanding feelings, emotions, politics and the spaces that we share.

Analytical mind and passionate heart. Come join me on the grief journey ❤️

You want to share your story or talk about how you relate to death & life? <itunes:title>Episode 2: Trying to understand grief</itunes:title>

This is the second episode of grieving babes!

In this episode, i will share my thoughts, ideas as well as theories on grief. For me grief was very strange, unique and overwhelming. I needed to make sense of what this big and small, as well as mysterious thing called grief is. All of that i will share in this episode.I also talk about the stages of grief, one of the most famous and most criticized theories around death and grief by Kübler-Ross.

In this episode, I want to dig into what comes after the initial storm. The quiet days. The moments when everyone expects you to be "better" but you're still figuring out how to breathe. I'll share more from my journey and explore theories, thoughts and self-made experiences around grief.

I love theories, books as much as giggles and softness. I will blend my analytical mind with my passionate heart in grieving babes.

This space is also about your stories, about all the shades, troubles and giggles around grief.

You want to share your story or talk about how you relate to death and life?

Write & connect with me.

https://www.instagram.com/grievingbabes
