The suite is specifically designed to support vocational students aged 16 to 24 with uneven access to technology and to modernize delivery through project-based learning and interactive resources aligned with DigComp. The suite is not a single "platform," but an interoperable package that can be deployed in any partner LMS/VLE and, where necessary, in low-tech environments. It follows a consistent training architecture: each learning block begins with a reference activity or dataset that is recognizable across countries, uses micro-theory in short sessions, tests understanding through quizzes or quick surveys, ensures equal participation through rotating roles and tracking screen time, integrates an explicit ethics and safety process, and concludes with a mini-product assessed using a short assessment rubric and archived as portfolio evidence mapped on DigComp. An offline Plan B (printed packets, screenshots, and simplified flows) is always included to avoid interruptions due to connectivity issues or device limitations.
