    <description><![CDATA[FemChatz is a podcast/stream for women's awareness in regards to overall feminine health. 
In this podcast we address various stigmas, conditionings from various cultures & upbringing, myths associated with women's feminine health for issues such as:
- Period
- PMS
- PMDD
- POTS
- PCOS
- UTI , Anaemia
- Perimenopause, & Menopause
- and all the other issues to help spread awareness to all and have this platform to help women feel that they are not alone. 

There will be podcast episodes with women sharing their personal stories, observations and coping strategies/tips. There will also be episodes where we will have some holistic  mindfulness based professional, Mental health professionals, special ed. teachers, and doctors sharing their own stories along with facts, guidance, and advices to help share awareness for all the listeners. 

Men can listen in too so as to get some advice on how to be there for their women to best support them during this time.
