<![CDATA[Leaders Lounge]]> https://rss.com/podcasts/faith-builders Welcome to The Leaders Lounge — a space created to equip, develop, and strengthen leaders who are passionate about serving the next generation.

This podcast exists for one purpose: to help leaders become, by God’s grace, what they could never become on their own.

Leadership in ministry isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about humility, growth, and learning how to serve people with the heart of Jesus. In The Leaders Lounge, Elisha shares honest conversations, leadership values, and practical lessons from youth ministry that are meant to help leaders grow in character, culture, and calling.

Each episode is designed to be short, intentional, and focused on building leaders who don’t just serve — but serve with excellence, sacrifice, prayer, and purpose.

Whether you're a youth leader, volunteer, ministry worker, or someone who simply wants to grow in leadership, this space is for you.

Because the goal is simple:

To raise leaders who, by the grace of God, become what they never could have been on their own.

Welcome to The Leaders Lounge. 🎙️

After 3 years in youth ministry, this conversation isn’t about claiming to have all the answers — it’s about building something meaningful with the leaders God has placed in the ministry.

This episode introduces the 10 values that shape the culture of Thrive Youth, values that build on the ministry’s foundation: Jesus is our message, people are our heart, generosity is our privilege, excellence is our spirit, and honor is our calling.

These additional youth values help establish the mindset and leadership culture needed to disciple the next generation.
