ABOUT JESSICA...

Jessica has been leading ministry for 25 years. Six of those years were spent overseeing the standards, systems, staffing, and overall atmosphere of the family ministry at Elevation Church. During that time, she played a major role in launching twenty‑five locations and is widely recognized as a specialist in multisite ministry.

She currently oversees Ministry Engagement at Generis, an organization dedicated to helping churches see their mission accomplished. Jessica is also a mother of six, a published author, and the host of the Women’s Leadership Workshop podcast. She is married to Frank Bealer, the CEO of Generis.

In this final session of our Echo Grace Kids training with Jessica Bealer, we focus on one of the core values of our ministry: We Are Better Together. Echo Grace Kids is stronger because we serve as a team. Ministry was never meant to be a solo mission—it thrives when we collaborate, support one another, and bring our unique gifts to the table. Join us as we explore what it looks like to build a healthy, unified volunteer culture where everyone contributes, everyone belongs, and ministry truly flourishes.
