Welcome listeners,

This is a short trailer/introduction to the podcast, and why it is important to me to create a resource like this. In this podcast, guest therapists use internal family systems (IFS) therapy or 'parts work' to support Black Indigenous and People of colour (or BIPOC) guest clients on real issues they’re facing. I'll also be sharing IFS meditations, psychoeducation about psychotherapy and parts work (from my understanding so far), and try to bring on various guest therapists as we go along, and continue to amplify BIPOC voices in the IFS community, and psychotherapy community as a whole.

Join me on Instagram - @browngirlsdontdotherapypodcast or @diviya_lewis

Website: https://www.diviyalewis.com/podcast

Follow, subscribe and share & I look forward to having you as part of the community.
