We are surrounded by social media and comparing ourselves to those influencers we see to where over 75% of women struggle with eating disorders. It's easy to feel trapped and alone in this mental state and that's where I come in. I want to challenge the disordered thoughts that girls have and show them that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Let's challenge what disordered thoughts tell us- together! ]]></description>
