I used to focus mostly on the practical side of technology in the classroom. Now I see it as something more complicated, connected to ethics, privacy, equity and the wider system schools operate in. I also bring in my experience teaching in China, which made me realise that digital literacy depends a lot on context. For me, it is no longer just about tools, but about the decisions we make as educators.

I connect this to the Inspire Learning case and wider questions about privacy, equity and commercial influence in education.
