4. Trust your Gut

How did I learn to trust my gut? Well, here it is, and here is how it presented itself in my life once again as a harsh reminder to keep this trust at the forefront of everything I do.

Learning to trust your gut is an essential skill to ensure you are on your path to your Legacy. Once you are able to act upon the knowingness of something without your mind & heart getting in the way, I can assure you your life will change sustainability. Things will become easier, simpler and more joyful. Which allows room for your Legacy and purpose to present itself.

Surround yourself with the right people

Why is it so important to surround yourself with the right people? You are a direct reflection of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Do you find your relationships pick you up or drag you down? If they drag you down, learn to be OK with letting them go. Once you are able to free up this space in your life, you will be shocked by the people, places and opportunity that will come forward for you to experience.

Disassociate; Allow your Intuition to Speak

Life is 1% of what happens to us and 99% of how we chose to react. How are you showing up in certain situations? What are you choosing to allow your time, energy and emotions to be exhausted by? Learning to disassociate your emotions from certain situations, allows you to have more energy to pour into what really does matter and the things that require more of your time.

I started on this journey about 5 years ago, not evening know it. In one of the hardest seasons of my life, I was resilient to find the greater purpose of why challenge after challenge started to present itself. In my adult life, I've shared highlights with those who've asked how I got to where I am today, and most recently in the last year or so I've been very compelled share my experiences on how I've build my Legacy.
