Pete shared about his background and his experience of living in Supported Housing accommodation, as well as what inspired him to begin working in housing.

Inspiring Swans

Our vision is for Swan to be a truly inclusive workplace that enables individuals to be the best possible versions of themselves and feel at home at Swan. People perform better when they can be themselves and nobody should have to hide who they are. To help us achieve this vision we have a number of employee network groups - SwanTogether, SwanNation, SwanProud and Inspiring Swans.

This week, Swan’s Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Anna Williams, caught up with some of the members of Inspiring Swans to find out how the group, and Swan’s work in supporting gender equality, has benefited them.

In this podcast, we hear from Heidi Watson, Head of Payroll & Benefits, Malgorzata Durkalec, Estate Services Manager and Gemma Tsappis, Health and Building Safety Advisor. Anna was also joined by Louise Kennison, People Director at Swan and co-founder of Inspiring Swans.
