11. Life, the Universe, and Every Other Hitchhiker's Book | Megalodon's Nemesis: the Livyatan

This week, Val finishes the Hitchhiker's Guide series by covering book three: Life, the Universe, and Everything, book four: So Long, and Thanks for all the Fish, and book five: Mostly Harmless.

Emmy covers Megalodon's biggest rival, a massive whale called the Livyatan. The Livyatan is an extinct species of raptorial sperm whale, named after Herman Melville's Moby Dick. This species reached up to sixty feet long. Emmy also discuss brinicles, a saltwater phenomenon that causes death to all fish who come near!

10. The Restaurant at the End of the Universe | Prehistoric Land Critters

This week, Emmy and Val discuss their current reads. Val provides a summary of the second book in the Hitchhiker's Guide series called The Restaurant at the End of the Universe. Emmy dives into their favorite prehistoric land critters including giant spider fossils, and a bird the size of a giraffe: the Quetzalcoatlus.

9. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy | Deep Sea Creatures

This week, Val covers The Great Attractor: a deep space enigma that we are currently gravitating towards, yet we cannot see it! She also geeks out over the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, book one of the "trilogy in five parts."

Then, Emmy shares some of their favorite deep sea creatures: The Magnapinna (Big Fin) Squid, the Goblin Shark, and the Strawberry Arctic Feather Star.

8. Haunted Dolls | The Dover Demon

This week, Emmy shares some of the most famous haunted dolls from around the world including Robert the Doll, Annabelle, and Okiku, the doll that grows its own human hair.

Val covers the Dover Demon, a humanoid spotted in Dover, Massachusetts during the late 1970s, as well as a few other potentially-related cryptids such as the Mannegishi people and the Toronto Tunnel Demon.

6. Don't Hug Me .I'm Scared | Champ the Lake Monster

This week, Emmy talks about the spooky puppet web series "Don't Hug Me .I'm Scared" created by normal human people Becky Sloan, Joseph Pelling, and Baker Terry. It traverses genres such as comedy, musical, and horror. In 2022, a seven-episode television series was made for BBC's channel four. Emmy touches upon the episode called "Jobs," plus a few more! Stay tuned to see where they rank on Emmy's (patent-pending) "gore score!"Then, Val provides some information about "Champ," the Loch-Ness Monster sighted in Lake Champlain dating back to the 1700s. Does Champ, the plesiosaur-like creature exist? Or is it something else?

This week Emmy tells us about Salad Fingers (he's a really creepy guy), created by David Firth, and shares their own theories about his nature. Firth has released fourteen episodes featuring this mysterious character over the last fifteen years which can be found on his YouTube channel. Then, Val tells us about the extinct Megalodon, the "documentary" that led many people to believe it still existed, and the movies Jaws (1975) and the Meg (2018), plus a few silly honorable mentions.

2. Mr. Morgan's Organs | Changelings

This week Emmy shares all about stop-motion animator Robert Morgan, AKA Mr. Morgan's Organs. Much of his work can be found on his YouTube channel, but make sure you hear Emmy's "gore score" before you watch! Then Val provides a rundown about changeling folklore, as well as discussing the movies The Changeling (1980), Goodnight Mommy (2022), and The Hole in the Ground (2019).
