Cheshire Moon School is a study of internal workings that lead us down into the deeper self where we reclaim our spirit and its gifts. It is for those who are intuitively inclined but have not found their confidence, practice, or belief in themselves yet. It is an open ended story of self discovery that our Souls lead each of us on in our individual ways. The methods developed in our School have been created and tested as entry ways to the individual path by setting a deep foundational connection to self. This podcast is exploratory and poetic, it will be informative but it will take the shape of what is needed in the moment. If you are here, it’s a sign that you are meant to be.

(TW Car accident, minor mention of injury) We talk about a car accident that I was in at 18 years old and the destruction that was necessary to break me out of the patterns that were keeping me disconnected from myself. We talk about the path to reconnecting with ourselves, is the path to reconnecting to God through the part of us that is God, The Soul. We talk about how vital and necessary this process is and how common it is but we need to be listening inside ourselves to the voice of our Soul to participate fully.

      <itunes:title>Episode 4: Betraying that Which Betrayed You</itunes:title>

We discuss the role of "betrayer" of the abusive family system/institution as a black sheep who has been empowered from scapegoat role by their choice to turn away from the system that feeds off them and turn towards themselves. In order to no longer betray ourselves, we must betray what benefits from our denying ourselves and that can be very difficult for our conditioning, thus we sense it as a betrayal when in actuality, betrayal is pervasive energy through out. We do not create it, nor pass it on, we hand it back by stepping away from it.

We speak about how the quiet revolution, the only act of transformation necessary, is to turn toward yourself, turn toward the Truth resonating within the body. This act can trigger our nervous system to fear because it stands as Death to all that came before. This very Death is an initiatory rite that allows us to realign with our Soul's path, begin moving our lifeforce forward again, and reverberate our freedom out through all time and space.

<itunes:title>Episode 3: Feeding Our Aliveness to Stay Alive</itunes:title>

This episode speaks about reconnecting with the Lifeforce within us through inner listening and listening to our Deepest Desires. Trigger Warning: there is mention of suicidal ideation in that the root of some suicidal experiences is suppression of this lifeforce due to societal pressure. Details or dangerous situations are not discussed, it is philosophical and a small part of the episode. This is here if you need it.

I discuss the experiences I've had in my inner world with going inside, experiencing the pain of self suppression, and trading it for the intrinsic pain of experiencing life. To suppress the Self is a slow march toward Death, to listen and activate the Self through life experience is to feed your Aliveness which in turn feeds you. Pain and Pleasure are a guarantee, and are inseparable, only one option leaves you more Alive and strings your Aliveness along within you one bead of experience at a time.
