Thai chicken satay wings with kona coffee peanut sauce

2 lbs chicken party wings

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 cloves garlic grated

1 tsp coriander

1 tbl @chef_josefs curry basil blend

1 tsp melted butter

Kona coffee peanut sauce

1 cup coconut milk

3 tbl @alohaspecialtiesllc kona coffee peanut sauce

2 tsp @chef_josefs curry basil blend

1 tbl sriracha sauce

2 tbl half and half

Method

In a large mixing bowl whisk marinade ingredients coconut milk to butter and toss chicken in the marinade and cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 3 hours

Preheat oven to 350F line 3 pans with foil greased and arrange wings in a even layer ans baste with more reserve marinade bake for 45 minutes flipping once or until golden brown and crisp on outside and juicy on the inside

In a mixing bowl whisk together sauce ingredients until creamy and serve immediately with chicken wings
