I'm Mike and I fought in a cage for a living, sacrificing everything to become an MMA champion, thinking love and respect were earned through achievements. What ended up happening was me losing myself trying to prove myself to the world. After facing my fear of life without fighting and retiring, I realized the reason I couldn't feel fulfilled was because I was still being the man who needed to prove he was enough. Which led to me intentionally creating who I am.

This is where I share my realizations about identity, self-trust, and deeper awareness. Because for something different to happen, we must do something different. And to do something different, we must become the person who makes a different choice.
