Dunphy is the Big 5's all-time leader in coaching victories, with 623 victories entering La Salle's game on Wednesday, February 26. He led Penn to 10 Ivy League titles in 17 seasons, finishing with a school-record 310 wins that included an incredible, 48-game Ivy winning streak. He then directed Temple to eight NCAA tournaments in 13 seasons before taking over at his alma mater in 2022. At La Salle, Dunphy has helped spearhead efforts to build Glaser Arena, the Explorers' new arena that opened prior to this season.

We talked about why he treats people with respect in kindness, what the Big 5 has meant to him, and what he'll miss about coaching.
