Medicine is not funny. It's not. Stop laughing. We're serious. It's really not funny... but it can be. No, not the plight of patients or the hardships that marginalized groups go through dealing with the medical system. We're talking about the conversations around healthcare.

Medicine can be relatable. It can be demystified. It can be more than just jargon and expensive bills. We can talk about it in a humorous way and deconstruct why things are the way they are, and more importantly, how we can make them better.

In Big Brain Time: The Podcast, medical student and host, Akash Nagapurkar, medical industry physicians, lawyers, care providers, and other guests aim to accomplish just that. Through nuanced conversation that you've never heard anywhere else, we explore the ins and outs of every question about medicine you may have been too afraid or concerned to ask with the experts able to answer those questions (while also having a good laugh along the way). We hope you enjoy the listen!
