How many times have you felt insecure when you had to give a speech or speak in public? How frustrating is it when creating content makes you cringe at your own voice?

You are not alone. It’s completely normal to struggle when putting yourself out there — because it also means being exposed to the opinions of others.

I know this feeling very well. Not only because I worked as a journalist and on TV, but because my journey started when I was 15 as a model. At 20, I won the beauty pageant of my state and represented it at Miss Mexico. And still, now, as the host of my own podcast, the number one Podcast in Spanish in Australia, I sometimes feel that same nervous energy.

But here’s the truth: those nerves are part of growth. Thanks to the podcast, I’ve connected with so many talented people in Australia and around the world — and I’ve learned that communication is a skill we can practice, refine, and own.

This is my first media project in English, and yes, sometimes it makes me cringe too! But I’m here to hold your hand as we learn, practice, and grow together into confident, assertive communicators and content creators.

✨ Welcome to Be Assertive Club — let’s create your voice, your message, and even your own podcast.
