Although we will use our unique identity as a starting place for these conversations, we will bring in a variety of voices whose perspectives may not be our own. It is our sincere hope that this can become a place of curiosity, discovery, and learning for the Church, united as one body under Jesus, as we seek to not only create disciples, but empower church leaders to affirm the unique abilities, skills, and talents of those around them to enable the flourishing of the neighborhoods they inhabit.
