Ageism. It's at its highest, and because of that, we go unheard, unseen, and undervalued, living under outdated stereotypes of who we really are.

Think about it. Ageism is the last remaining acceptable 'isms today. Joked about from comedy stages and sitcoms to inside our offices and friend groups. It's everywhere, and we're making a big change with this podcast! We're not over the hill. We're at the top of the hill!
