This is my first episode, and honestly, I wasn't sure I’d ever have the courage to hit record. I’m Frank, and I recently discovered I have ADHD — a diagnosis that has completely reshaped how I see nearly everything in my life. The unfinished projects, the hyperfocus, that constant feeling of being a little different but never quite understanding why. In this 1st episode, I open up about it all: learning that my mom knew and never told me, how this revelation has changed the way I show up for my son, the struggles of being an overthinker and someone deeply emotional in a world that often feels dismissive of that. I also share why I felt compelled to leave something behind—not just for my family, but for anyone out there who might see a piece of themselves in this story.
